I don't think I have had a better experience at a spa before. The customer service is outstanding and the facility is always very clean. The people who work there seem to take a lot of pride in the work that they do. Kathy is always willing to go over everything and explain to me the process of the different service I take advantage of. And it is greatly appreciated.

I had the best experience with Kim at Elysium Salon. I usually have long hair but cut it short when summer comes around, this summer especially because of how hot it has been. Now usually when I tell the hair stylist I want it short, they never cut it as short as I want it and don't listen to me when I say cut it shorter. But Kim had no problem cutting it short and even suggested a few things to make it look and feel even better. She was very nice and easy to talk to. It's crazy how much better a haircut can make you feel about yourself, but that's exactly what this haircut did! I will definitely be going back here the next time I need a cut or a new hairstyle, they were awesome!

So very glad I decided to try Elysium and Kathie. I've never been completely satisfied with hair stylists I've gone to lately, so I feel lucky that I've finally found one. Kathie is such a master at what she does. She makes sure to give me exactly what I want with my cut and color. Kathie also does an amazing job with facials! She is so gentle on your skin that I actually fell asleep last time. Woke up relaxed with beautiful soft glowing skin. She is genuine and friendly as well. It is quite clear that Kathie has high expectations for her work and wants to satisfy her clients. I have also enjoyed a massage from Andrea - she asked questions to discuss if I had any areas that were bothering me or if I had any injuries, etc. She is very good at her job, she really knows how to work out your stress! The salon itself is modern and comfortable.The staff is very friendly, they always offer drinks and a smile when I go in. Nice and clean and in a very convenient location.
