Worse place ever!! This people talking sh&:$:! about customers and much they got on tips! You want want more money then get come clasess of customer service! Simple as smile! Thank you and have a great day!! We are not asking for a favor! We are paying for it! If you donâ€™t like your job then look or do Someting else. I wonâ€™t ever return to this place!!

Terrible , really sorry to say. Went twice , first time it wasn't bad but not great. Thought id give it a second try but I regretted it so much . I got a 4 on the sides and scissors in top and somehow they messed it up SO BAD. If you've ever seen Little Rascals, think of Alfalfa's hair spike, but imagine it off center and even bigger. I couldnt see it because my hair was wet and plastered.

I'm honestly having a bit of an episode over the haircut I got this afternoon. I was growing out my hair, and just wanted to get my bangs trimmed and split ends cut. But the woman who helped me had a poor understanding of English, or maybe my voice, or something. She took cut off my split ends to mean soccer mom bob but even shorter. What she gave me looks like a bad boy's haircut, and I feel so ugly now. I am honestly considering buying a wig, and mourning eight months of hair lost. I have such hard features, I know people will be calling me sir and saying transphobic remarks for months.

I use the app to check in, and always get served as soon as I get their. The employees here cut fast, pleasant chit chat and costs not that much so awesome. I tried going to a local non-franchised place and it was good for a while until all of a sudden the barber there decided to give me an hour long lecutre while not cutting my hair. That is exactly what i have avoided at great clips for years

This is the kind of place that you find who you like and stick with them. If you just hit random people, then you may get a great or bad haircut. The online check-in app works well and is a must- otherwise you will sit there and people will walk in later and go ahead of you. Most of the staff are very nice, so stick with it until you find your person. Then call for their schedule and ask for them when you arrive.
