if I can, I will give 0 stars to this place. Very short on both sides with Slope on sides , and very long on top - these were the instructions given when I sat. Initially when we started, I had 1.5 cm on sides with slope and 8-9 cm on top. When she finished the haircut, the pattern of cutting was - 2-4 mm on the both the sides and 5mm - 1 cm on the top!!! scary!!

First time here and very impressed! I had Noelle who did an amazing job. I showed her a few pics of a haircut that was a big change for me. She was able to replicate the look I was hoping for and did it was such precision and professionalism! The place was very clean and neat. Noelle was super friendly, skilled and talented! I received a ton of compliments already! I will definitely be back!

Anthony (owner) is extremely rude and unprofessional. He has been holding back money from ex- employees who quit based off his lack of professionalism and antagonizing behavior. He runs through managers like he runs through underwear bescause no one can stand to work for such an unprofessional tyrant. I also have recorded videos of him threatening me as well as Noelle (an ex employee) saying to “meet me anywhere motherf*****, and we don’t know who we are f****** with) “ all because a labor lawyer was mentioned to deal with his neglegance. I recommend any Supercuts that isn’t ran by a wanna-be mobster who bully’s young girls he employs. It is not the company that is the issue, it is the store owner.

We brought our son for a haircut. Not only did we make it very clear that we wanted to keep the length, but also showed pictures of what we had in mind. The stylist completely ignored the request and took several inches off. The cut was also uneven, choppy and very poorly done. We will not be coming back.

bad customer experience. they do not checkin someone right away when they walk in. so if someone checked in online and arrives late, he will be taken in as supposed to someone waiting there. If they checkin people rightway their name can be on the top as supposed to someone coming late after checked in online. something that can be easily fixed. hope they get it.
