This is an awesome salon. I had been to menlo Park mall many times. but this was the first time i visit this salon seeing so much of rush there. someone named Maurice gave me an amazing haircut. and My husband too got an awesome haircut from one guy working there, The rates are reasonable.

Ok, so I have some mixed experiences with this place. My favorite guy is David. Although, one time I went there and a guy didn't even cut my hair! Another time a guy gave me a bowl cut and I had to ask another barber to fix it. Honestly, this place isn't too bad, but the waiting is terrible and sometimes they don't cut your hair good.

Extremely long wait times, even when you call in advance to check. Staff is rude and don't seem to value your time, waste additional time talking to other barbers and customers.

I have going to this place for over 15 years. The best guy in the place for me is Manuel. He has a great touch. On top of the great job he does for me, I've been bringing my kids to him since they turned 3 years old. Simply, he is a fantastic hair cutter.

My boyfriend and I walked in at 6:15 Sunday asked for a hair cut were told to sit and wait, lady never followed up sat there for an entire hour almost while the barbers closed up to leave for day. Funniest part the lady didn't even notice us walking out unserviced. More bad experiences here then good, don't bother go to Woodbridge Mall Professional Cuts.
