Poor customer service starting with the unprofessional, hate to say it but â€œ ditzyâ€ receptionist. I called because I was out driving and would be a walk in appointment for my 3 daughters. She said she would check with the stylist to see if she could accommodate and at no point in the lengthy hold did she speak to anyone. She giggled and handled another transaction while I was listening in, not on hold. Whomever she was helping must have commented because she boasted that she was multi tasking. The reality check is that she handled me and whoever else she was helping unprofessionally and in a discourteous fashion. She then said â€œI just have to talk to the stylistâ€ again. At that point I was frustrated and said the salon could either help us or not, no big deal, told her I wasnt trying to be rude and her response was, â€œ we canâ€™t help you thenâ€ and she hung up the phone. First, a receptionist is the frontline to a business. You lost my business and the business of my 3 girls. Keep in mind that you did obtain my negative review of your business here and elsewhere. Maybe training would help your staff to not be so rude to potential customers. This transaction was 2-23 around 12:45, I hope the owners check into their staffing.

Just got my hair cut at this salon. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a regular and with priority. I was supremely impressed by everything. Even being a guy I find it hard to find someone that can use scissors and clippers to achieve the intended effect. Brianna did a great job. I've found the place I'll be going in the future Thanks Again!

The staff is great, but, I would like an appointment in the weekend but not Sunday's. It's been hard to find the right appointment hours to fit after my work schedule. I hate walking around with grays showing all the time, especially when out of state visitors come over or I have a last minute business party to attend. HELP

merp, horrible experience, I drove from Allentown Pa to take my mother, as this was her Mother's Day gift... The stylist was very nice but did not take into consideration, at all what my mom wanted done, even though we showed her pictures and explained it to her multiple times AND the color had to be done twice. The owner did not look nice or approachable and when my mom asked to speak to her she was very condescending and kept TELLING my mom what she asked for instead of asking her. To top it they use highlighting caps in a professional salon. I'm not sure where these 5 star ratings are coming from but tbh this salon is absolutely horrible. I paid $108 for a cut my mom wasn't even happy with. I should have argued and requested to pay half for the crappy job that was done but I was ready to get out of there. I'll just let everyone know by word of mouth that this place is not the place to go if you want a complete change of look. Needless to say, we won't be going back.
