Poor customer service starting with the unprofessional, hate to say it but “ ditzy†receptionist. I called because I was out driving and would be a walk in appointment for my 3 daughters. She said she would check with the stylist to see if she could accommodate and at no point in the lengthy hold did she speak to anyone. She giggled and handled another transaction while I was listening in, not on hold. Whomever she was helping must have commented because she boasted that she was multi tasking. The reality check is that she handled me and whoever else she was helping unprofessionally and in a discourteous fashion. She then said “I just have to talk to the stylist†again. At that point I was frustrated and said the salon could either help us or not, no big deal, told her I wasnt trying to be rude and her response was, “ we can’t help you then†and she hung up the phone.
First, a receptionist is the frontline to a business. You lost my business and the business of my 3 girls. Keep in mind that you did obtain my negative review of your business here and elsewhere. Maybe training would help your staff to not be so rude to potential customers. This transaction was 2-23 around 12:45, I hope the owners check into their staffing.
