I was a loyal customer for almost three years but I went for a haircut two weeks ago and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The stylists I previously worked with are no longer there and my most recent cut was disappointing. The layers were too blunt, uneven and shorter than I asked for. I thought I would grow into the cut but eventually decided I did not feel comfortable with how I looked. When I called to ask if I could meet with another stylist to see about some corrective options, I was told I would have to pay full price for another haircut. The receptionist was not understanding and said the policy for corrections was only available one week after the appointment. Calling two weeks later for a correction does not seem like an unreasonable request (since I was traveling the week after my original cut). I have never called any salon before about correcting my cut so I was a little apprehensive to do so and was disappointed by the response after having been a frequent customer. Altogether they were not accommodating or understanding. I am now looking for another salon...

Nice newly renovated location. Very quiet on Sunday, which was great. Good women's haircut from Joe, who was pleasant and professional. In contrast the front desk staff is not very professional, seemed to gossip, and didn't direct me very well (how should I know where to wait? I am here for the first time!) 5 star haircut, 3 star service.

Been a client for 15 years. Sandra is a magician with highlights. Love the new location and had an amazing facial. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing.

While in New Jersey, my wife made an appointment for her hair . I have to say its the happiest I've ever seen her be over her hair style. While there waiting I noticed how up beat and friendly the staff is , truly customer service at it's BEST. THANKS for making it such a great experience for my wife.

La Jolie is the BEST salon & spa experience in the Princeton area - bar none. I have been getting my hair cut and colored here for almost 10 years, and I've also done many other treatments such as facials, eyelash extensions, etc. The staff is extremely kind, professional and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. My experience has never been anything short of exceptional and I highly recommend it!
