The workers DO NOT sanitize the equippment. I have watched the workers drop rollers on the floor as well as take them out of patrons hair, place them into the drawers, and then reuse them on other patrons without sanitizing. They have a Coronavirus training certificate on the wall but the training methods are not being used. The hair dressers are also changing the amounts of prices quoted. They "do not" display pricing as other salons. This is not a fair and honest consumer practice. I have sent an email to them through the Better Business Bureau and will report them to the Delaware Department of Health and Human Services as well as to the Delaware Department of Justice Consumer Protection Unit if they don't take the time to fix these issues. I will return to the shop as a follow up to see if these issues will resolve.
