Salon is clean and the chairs are very comfortable. I always get my eyebrows done by Annie, she's amazing!

I haven't even been here yet and I want to complain about the woman answering the phone. I asked her how much a haircut is and she said "what kind of haircut?" I said just a normal haircut with an inch or two off and she told me she "doesn't know what that means", then I asked if they accept walk ins or if I should make an appointment, she told me appointment is better. I asked to make one for today and she said I could then asked what for and I said a haircut and she goes "sorry no haircut today". Couldn't take it anymore so I hung up. Very unprofessional and had no idea whatsoever what she was talking about.

It was a horrible experience. The staff is so rude and unprofessional at all. And the store is so small and not clean . I'm never going back there and never recommending it to anyone.
