great haircut

Flavio, manager of Alamogordo location re-did my haircut when the first one, by another stylist, wasn't satisfactory. He cut and styled my hair and took his time even though he had scheduled customers waiting. He provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Flavio at this salon.

Victoria is great washed my hair and cut it without pulling like most stylists. Made an apoimtment I did not wait and it was quick very nice cut my hair just like I wanted

You'll be told that you need an appointment but they won't stick to it. I had to wait an hour yesterday before I was even acknowledged. My haircut was good but expect to wait even with an early appointment.

My boyfriend set up an appointment 2 day before going in he got there and was told they were behind schedule 30 minutes which is fine so we waited and after 30 minutes he went in and was told someone was ahead of him and it would be another 25 minutes at least. He called 5 minutes later to see if he could leave his phone number and they call him when they were ready he was told they would not be willing to do that and hung up.
