Alison is the BEST hairdresser in Los Lunas! She does exactly what I ask for and always answers any questions I have about styles,etc.

Stephanie is great! She is honest about your hair and won't recommend something that could potentially damage it more.

Always short staffed, long wait times, so so hairstylists. They are/were full service so perms, color etc. causes a backup for everyone. I tell people to go elsewhere for cuts. Staff member that cut hair so crooked that while my daughter was in for a cut with the same stylist a customer came in and she had to straighten it for them. Had to go back to get it fixed as there was over an inch difference on sides and obviously bad cut. Wrote corporate and nothing changes. EVER
