Inconsiderate

I have been a great customer to this salon for many years. I liked Julia but this was to much. I asked her if she could do my hair on a Saturday at 10. Then she reply was that she could that if she could do it later. I told her that was the only time. I replied that I couldn’t change everything. I texted her and texted her. She would just ignored me. Then two days before my event I asked her again and all I got was silence also she used family as an excuse. . This is why u make appointments. But she never wants to make times that she does it all in her head. She does a good job but I’m not going to beg her to do my hair. This was absolutely ridiculous. She said I was inconsiderate of her time. Actually it was very inconsiderate of her my time. I also live 45 minutes away and I’m one hour ahead.but why does that matter to her. She gave me lame excuse. I am beyond anger with this woman. Oh and especially don’t call her she will not answer. She does that to me and other clients.

She did an amazing job! Not only did she take me at the end of the day for a cut, she stayed to color it and gave us an amazing price! She is definitely a keeper! Give her a try, you won't be disappointed!

The Lady who did my hair was super nice. She helped pick color and leingth for a completly unknown hairstyle. The color was beautiful the length is perfectly suited and the price was good.
