I went to get Layers. And ended up with 3/4 of my hair at my chin and the other 1/3 in the back long. It looks like a mullet. I am so upset! I have been going here for 10 years. And I will never go back. The hair dresser who did my hair has no idea how to cut hair. This is the most horrible hair cut I have ever had. I've been growing my hair out for almost a year , and now it is completely ruined.

Husband and son get haircuts here. Always very nice and they do a good job. Check-in on the website so you don't have to wait is the way to go.

Had a very good cut by Tracy and very courteous service at The Great Clips at DeVargas. Wise to book ahead online to avoid a wait.

So I had just left the location on zafarano because of their horrible customer service and went to de Vargas location. At least these stylists greeted me but they were giggling and laughing like elementary school students. They were flirting with the male customers and arguing about music. It was so embarrassing I decided that these girls were not acting professional so I can't trust their skills r any better. I left the second great clips location in one evening. I don't know who manages these places but it's pathetic the way this business is run. I think I'll find a new salon to cut me and my son's hair. Worst franchise ever!
