I have always had an amazing experience at Salon del Mar. I have seen four stylists while going there and was always happy with the experience. I highly recommend this salon!

Super cute salon and staff. Everyone is very sweet and you can't tell the staff enjoys working together creating a great atmosphere for clients. Jennifer did an amazing job! I had 6+ inches off and she did a balayage coloring. Ive never been so happy with my hair! Its everything I wanted and more! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Couldn't recommend her more. So happy to have found a great salon in SF, which is a difficult task.

I am somewhat on the fence regarding this salon. The shop staff that I have dealt with are exceedingly friendly, the 2 stylists whom have cut my hair were both talented and friendly. However the salon routinely scheduled appointments that were not long enough for the cut to be completed properly, and the stylists have appointments back to back, with no safety net of time between appointments. Some stylists seem to only offer 1 follow up trim appointment per day, at the exact same time daily. This is very unaccomadating if this time does not work with your schedule. The feel of the salon is very nice though, it's a light and airy space, that is very stylishly appointed. They also sell Davine products exclusively, a high-end Italian styling brand. Their products are as good, as they are expensive! Overall a very good salon with a few mild kinks in their delivery.

I have been to several different hair salons in the last 2 years trying to find a hairstylist that I really love and today I found her! The young women who cut my hair, her name was Heidi who is super cute and very friendly! Not only was Heidi (13 years of experience) amazing but as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by two people with smiles who offered me a variety of beverages! So if you're looking for a friendly, polite and talented hair salon in santa fe I would definitely recommend this place!
