I am mostly Bob, so I just need a very basic haircut. Great clips gets me in and out very quickly. And right now they have a promotional going on where I prepaid for haircuts that I now get for $9.95 each. So it’s quick, convenient, and cheap. That’s what I need.

I've always gone to the DeVargas location and should have stayed with that location. I went in a few weeks ago for a haircut. I used the online option which said I had about a 15 minute wait. Got there with a couple of minutes to spare, and saw a full lobby and two stylists. They didn't comprehend that I had checked in online. I had left work early to get the haircut before leaving on a three hour drive. An hour and a half later, it was down to me and one other customer. I told the two stylists I had to go, and to take Carlos off the list. Then when I'm almost to Albuquerque, I get a call from a number not programmed in my phone. Later when I checked the message, it was a stylist, asking if i planned to honor my online check in. Yeah, not in this lifetime. I'll stick with DeVargas, thank you. Totally disorganized.
