The store is clean and the customer service is great. The staff is super nice and very helpful. They always have the products I need. They even have a brow bar located in the store, the quality of service at the brow bar and basically anywhere in the store is always phenomenal. The store also has a salon, the hairdressers always exceed the customers expectations and go above and beyond to satisfy every client. I highly recommend shopping here they have a lot more products to choose from unlike other competitors. I guarantee you’ll love it, I know I do!!!

Good products. Just too overpriced. You can almost always find what you are looking for. It is a great place to buy gifts. Great quality products

I got my hair cut at ultra for the first time and she cut off a lot more than I asked her to. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted except a little longer but my hair does not look like I just paid $60 to get it done at a salon, it looks like I just got out of bed (and NOT in a cute messy way). I did ask for a loose beach curl but am very unhappy with how it looks. The shorest layer in the picture is shoulder length and my shortest layer is chin length, even though I said for it to be longer than the picture. I am very disappointed in the cut and style... She and everyone else I talked to was very nice though.
