I wanted my hair like a white/platinum color. The stylist was able to only get it to a brass shade. (I started with a brownish blonde). A few days later, I went back, stating this wasn't the color I wanted. She put toner in my hair at no cost but stated she liked it the color it was (without the toner). It still wasn't the color of the pictures I showed her. Before I had anything done, I asked the stylist if my hair would be damaged. She said it would be okay and it wouldn't all fall out. My hair was very healthy before I got it dyed. I would only notice a couple strands a day lost. Within two weeks, clumps were falling out. Three years later, my hair has not made a recovery. My natural color is all back, but my hair is dry and brittle and knotted. It feels as it did just after I dyed it. All this cost $320. I did this before my wedding. I could've achieved exactly what the stylist did with a box dye for $12. I thought this place would be okay since it was a real salon. Wrong! Never again! I'm praying the Lord will heal my hair and I thank Him for forgiving me on my vain decision and my poor use of money.

Cory was great. He really took the time to understand what I wanted both with my haircut and the color. He also did a good job explaining how to style it.

The first time I went was three years ago. I went in looking like a trumpet in the sun with the mess I had made trying to use box dye to go beach blonde on dark brown hair. Finding this place was the best thing that could have happened to me, they scheduled me for the same day that I called and although the process to fix it was long and tedious I had never been more happy with my results at a hair salon. The service is amazing and so are the people who work there along with their skills. If what you're looking for is quality , hands down the best place go. A+ :)!
