caution, do not enter.

First of all I don't even know how to describe how badly they cut my hair. I asked for a simple taper fade, while taking half a inch off the top of my hair. The man who cut my hair said he had experience cutting hair in this particular style for 8 years. I do not think he had 8 years experience of cutting this type of hair. Second of all, I will never be attending this "great" clips again.

To the one and only Tina. Bless you, bless your soul, bless everything about you, and may your future always be good. I got the worst haircut of my life from Supercuts and came to Tina in desperation. She not only fixed my hair but she fixed me emotionally . She even gave me a lollipop at the end 🥹🤣 My second amazing haircut from her. I live in the city but whenever I’m up here, I will trust Tina with everything I have.

I have gone to Susan for approximately five years. I was getting really great haircuts, but the last haircut really sucked. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I was very disappointed on the last cut.

Terrible haircuts. Two people. Me: my second time here, straight cut, asked for a center part, it was not done either time I asked, and I told the hair dressers, first time I was told it wouldn't matter, second time I was ignored. My daughter: she has only seen my one friend before but my friend was booked, and my daughter REALLY wanted a cut. It was AWFUL, it's very uneven for a straight cut. (See pics, tried to wet her hair, but it dries so fast that by the time I had it brushed out it was almost dry again.) The salon owner/manager didn't call me, they had the stylist call! Not cool. And I was supposed to get a message of when I could go to have it fixed, none came. Supposed to have a free cut. But as I never got the message to go in I have yet to get that. It was right before Thanksgiving,and I called after as I was trying to relax about it, no chance of a refund. Fine, but honestly... This place is a no go for me, save your money.

No appointments are taken at Great Clips, however when I went I was only waiting for a short time even with only one person working. She was very open to what I wanted and very good at figuring out what I was saying when I didn't know the right words for what I was trying to describe.

They refused to cut my hair because I wouldn't tell them where I live. Yes, you read that correctly: I was denied services because I would not provide personal private data information to them.
