I took my 8 yr old son here yesterday. They scheduled him with a stylist named Victoria. My son was begging for a new look and wanted a hard part. I hesitantly gave in and im so happy i did. Victoria's confidence and personality really sold me on the cut. She was an absolute pleasure to be around and was a natural with kids. My son also enjoyed his experience as much as i did and he walked out as one super happy and good looking boy. I can't thank her enough! Thank you doll, Jen & Noah

My girlfriend went in for highlights and a cut. She came home super happy and looked great. She said the atmosphere was nice and her stylist(Rebecca) helped her pick out shampoo and conditioner that worked the best for highlighted hair. The product she got was a good deal and she loves having a good product that actually helps her hair. The prices were fair and she looked great so we both will be going back again!

I was very disappointed with my experience today. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have a cut with Becca. During the appointment, she asked my daughter without my knowledge if she wanted her hair washed (which she had already done at home just prior to our arrival) as well as if she wanted it styled, without consulting with me. I think asking a child rather than the parent if they want additional services which cost more is not professional. I hope Becca will not continue this practice. We won't be going back.

You get what you pay for! I'm a hairdresser myself, but I'm also a college student. So, I wanted to go somewhere that was affordable. I paid $15 for just a cut; it would've been $23 if I had gotten it shampooed beforehand. As a cosmetologist, I can tell you right now that a wash is NOT worth an extra $8. Britani cut my hair; she did an okay job, but I had to fix it a little when I got home because she missed some pieces. Additionally, their customer service is mediocre at best, for they're not very friendly.
