Awful customer service

Front desk receptionist is rude . They don’t care how they treat customers . When calling the salon no one answers phones , seems to be not a priority. They are only there to collect the money . I had a problem with them and offered no concern or not even a sorry . Just w=excuses that were untrue .

Stylist Kelsey is the best! Always a great haircut. Very easy to book online. My curls have transformed since coming to curl evolution. I reccomend to everyone to get a curly cut. Loved my fun color highlights

The most incredible haircut experience I have ever had. Simone is amazing—she’s kind, gentle, and knows SO MUCH about curly hair. She cut my hair so well, taught me more than I already knew, and styled my hair perfectly. Usually I think that you have to grow into haircuts, but the haircut she gave me was perfect off the back. She was super professional and walked me through every single step and product that she used! It felt very personal and like such a fantastic experience in general. I could also tell that the other stylists were very educated on curly hair as well. I will definitely be coming back to Curl Evolution for as long as I live in New York state! 10/10 recommend to curly hair of any type!

I used to travel to NYC for my haircuts ! I live in Long Island and decided to try Curl Evolution! Glad I did ! The salon is on point with any place in NYC ! All the staff are professional and so nice ! If you have Curly hair and don’t want to go into NYC try Curl Evolution!

This was my third time at this salon after letting my curls grow out a bit longer than expected. The process of booking was super easy and all done through text. I saw Simone who I never used before but I am SO glad I did. She really took her time to make sure everything came out perfect. She used products that I typically use at home that the salon actually had on hand which gave me the confidence to be able to recreate her style at home. She listened to everything I requested we do and it was exactly what i was picturing in my head. I’ve been looking in the mirror all day. Will definitely be booking with Simone again! Thank you!

Update: I received a refund for my cut and was compensated for my next one. I appreciate the care for your customers! I have absolutely 0 confidence since this haircut so a refund was appreciated, it’s horrible to feel so bad about yourself with no way to fix it unless I just wait to let it grow out, so glad at least something could be done. After looking around the website a little, I realized that the new stylist I was placed with was NOT a senior stylist, but I was still charged as though she was. This was never mentioned to me. Have been going here for many years, was not super pleased with my most recent visit! Really just chopped up my curls, way too short on top and somehow too long on the bottom. I even showed the picture I took of my hair last time it had been cut and it looks nowhere near the same:/ I’m now rocking a big fluffy side bang, uneven layers and a way too long bottom layer I’m cleaning up myself at the moment. My original stylist called out sick and I was placed with someone new last minute, she was totally super super sweet but didn’t appear to have the experience or skill that I hope for when I come and spend $100+ With all due respect! There was just not much able to be done or said in the moment once the big chops had already been made, though I truly do appreciate the time taken and work. Just definitely not the quality I’m used to. I look forward to any improvements made
