Update: I received a refund for my cut and was compensated for my next one. I appreciate the care for your customers! I have absolutely 0 confidence since this haircut so a refund was appreciated, it’s horrible to feel so bad about yourself with no way to fix it unless I just wait to let it grow out, so glad at least something could be done. After looking around the website a little, I realized that the new stylist I was placed with was NOT a senior stylist, but I was still charged as though she was. This was never mentioned to me.
Have been going here for many years, was not super pleased with my most recent visit! Really just chopped up my curls, way too short on top and somehow too long on the bottom. I even showed the picture I took of my hair last time it had been cut and it looks nowhere near the same:/ I’m now rocking a big fluffy side bang, uneven layers and a way too long bottom layer I’m cleaning up myself at the moment. My original stylist called out sick and I was placed with someone new last minute, she was totally super super sweet but didn’t appear to have the experience or skill that I hope for when I come and spend $100+ With all due respect! There was just not much able to be done or said in the moment once the big chops had already been made, though I truly do appreciate the time taken and work. Just definitely not the quality I’m used to. I look forward to any improvements made
