Do NOT get your brows done here!! I was overdue and just needed a little brow cleanup before the holidays. Showed multiple pictures and explained exactly what I wanted - just some cleanup under the brow and slight shaping between. Ended up with very thin, completely different shaped, skinny brows! Not at all what I wanted. The haircut was pretty good. Stylist was nice and did a good job with that. The fact they were nice about the brows - even if they kept telling me they looked fine, which they do, if 100% NOT what I WANTED- and a decent cut kept me from rating a 1. They do a lot of cross selling as well. If you need a quick cut, something simple, it's fine. Don't let them touch your brows!!

I signed in and was told there was a 1 hour wait. I asked if I could shop at Wegmans during that hour and return without losing my place in line. Returned 40 minutes later and waited another 50 minutes for my turn. Got an unimpressive haircut. Never returned.

I received the worst hair cut I've ever had here. My hair was uneven and not even what I asked for. I would have been better off asking a stranger for a hair cut than spending a dime here. Do not recommend!!

How do you mess up a buzz cut? I could have cut my own hair and done better.

They spend approx. 10 minutes for what I consider a trim not an actual cut. The wait time is longer than the "cut" itself. They don't shampoo your hair unless you request it they just use a spray bottle w/water. They will also try to cross sell you hair products. If you are looking for a real haircut don't waste your time or money going to these places.
