I went to the salon and I told her about a specific picture and she said my hair was too dark and she said to put bleach so it can be easier to show the color I wanted then she washed my hair and when I look in the mirror I freak out. For the bleach she put fat high light l that were yellow that I didn't want I asked her for the color brown like a bright brown she made it all brown and not the way I wanted! I told her come on when are you gonna but my the color she said no no that's the color.She said no no no no need to anymore it looks so pretty prettier than pretty!!!! I gave her $200 and she did what ever she wanted with my hair the color looks DISGUSTING!!!!!! The next day I go to her salon and told her she damaged my hair it was all dry and all the damaged stuff and there were spots of color under my hair. She said no you can't fix it unless you give me $40! I was like what?You were the one who messed up my hair and now you make me give you $40!!!!!!!My hair was ligit burnt!!!She was like OMG your hair is soooo thick this bowl with hair paint can fit for 4 lady's!!!!!! When I tell her to choose this color she be like no no it will make you hair turn orange when she said in the beginning that when she puts on this bleach I can do what ever hair color I want LIER!!!!!!!My hair was sooo long now it's almost to my shoulders because I had to cut it because of the damage!!!!Also when I asked her to blow dry my hair she was like no no no it's not healthy when I see everyone else getting there hair blow dryed!!!OMG!!!She made me soo sad no when ever I look at my old photos whith my pretty hair I fell soooooooo bad and if I could do 0 stars I would!!!I spent $240 altogether and she never said sorry and I don't know if she only did this to me or every on but I'm warning you her hair salon is horrible (in my opinion)and it was a wast of money and my time!!!!😥😥😡😤😤😤😤

Absolutely horrible experience with Anne. I had long curly red hair and wanted either a long inverted bob or a short bob. I showed pictures of both cuts. I showed her the short bob first and then the long inverted bob which I was leaning more towards. I'm thinking she's going to give me advice to not go with the short bob because it would be a shock to go from long to short like that. And with my curly hair, it wouldn't turn out the way I'm picturing it. Nope, she says let's do the short one and rushes right into it. Didn't ask me how long or short I wanted to go. Didn't ask me if I wanted my sides and underneath in the back shaved. She just took over and went at it. I only wanted one side shaved. She shaved both sides and the back. In the back from the occipital to the crown she left about an inch in length getting longer going up. Does not look good at all. It's choppy choppy choppy. Looks like a student from the boces class cut it. And my left side, which I like a little longer, she cut a huge hole right where my ear is. There's nothing connecting the hair from the front of the ear to the back. Just a gaping hole as if she cut all the hair around my ear. She took before and after pics and never posted them on the fb page because she knows she messed up big time. 40 years experience and my hair came out looking like side show bob mushroom head. Absolutely will never be going back there ever again. And I've never really had a big problem with her before. I tried asking for my money back. She says, "I rarely give money back, I try to fix it." No one ever goes back to the person who botches a hair cut that bad so why would I try and have her fix it? I was absolutely dissatisfied with the hair cut, with her,and with the way she handled everything from start to finish. My hair did NOT come out looking like the picture at all, not even close. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN. Save your money and find someone else who will take the time and the patience of a professional to ask you all the right questions when doing a drastic haircut.

Best salon I've been to in awhile! Made an appointment at 1 and sure enough I didn't have to wait. The employee's were very nice and they did an amazing job on my hair! I will definitely be back for a mani pedi and massage!
