I had a cosmetic procedure and needed a concealer for some bruising. I had some idea of what I needed but needed help. I was lucky enough to get Valencia who not only suggested some products but took the time to try some on me to see which would work best. It has been years since I experienced such great service from a sales associate. They are few and far between. When I return, I will surely look for her to help again.

I went in looking to get highlights. I have brown hair so I knew I would need it to be lightened and then dyed. I arrived at for my appointment and was there for 5 hours...yes, 5. I ended up not being able to get what I wanted, because she told me my hair didn’t lighten up enough(fine. I get that.) so I chose a different color for highlights and went with a darker color. She was rude the whole time I was there and never even actually cut my hair. I was charged $250 + tip! Never again will I go there. Way way overpriced. I went to another salon and was told that it shouldn’t cost that for highlights ever. I was never even told why it cost so much after and I am furious.

Garbage. Sat at the salon counter for 20 minutes cash in hand waiting to be service while the stylist sat on her phone with no customers being helped for me to just walk out with out being contacted once.
