Rosanna's has friendly, experienced staff who always aim to please. They have reasonably priced service and I have no complaints. The bad review I have read is libelous and absurd. Such competitors or disgruntled ex-employes should be prosecuted.

I go to Rosanna's often. The staff is ALWAYS nice, never rude. These womn have over 30 years experience EACH, I think they definately know what they are doing. I always leave satisfied!!!

They cut my hair down so short that i had to wait 4weeks to grow it out. I asked them to dye my hair with streaks of blond and they dyied my whole head pink. They were fixing my eye brows, but they took the whole thing off my left side. The owner forced me to pay for each mistake they did, and pay double for the pink hair dye. They are also rude and don't stop talking to each other when they are getting asked questions and they act like you are being rude. The works act like they want to kill you. They dontFinally my girlfriend went in there and they gave her a mowhawk, rather then bangs.
