Everyone is friendly. They listen and do the best they can to give the cut you are asking for. They have a nice comfortable atmosphere and it's always nice to be able to laugh and joke around with the staff too. They are the best.

Showed picture and told exactly what I wanted, Yet messes up my hair. (Cuts it too short) Never going back.

Horrible experience. The lady that cut my hair was very friendly, but I still didn't receive the haircut I wanted. I even showed her a picture of the cut & style I wanted. I walked out looking like my mother ( she's 72 by the way ) & I'm only 42. This is the second time they messed up my cut & believe me it will be the last.

Went in just to get my side's done nothing off the top. Literally a 4-5 min cut, normally i get discounted because how little is being done but not here a full 17.50. Dull scissors and she must have stabbed me like 20 times with the guard and I'm covered in the clippings. Won't go here again..
