Got a massage for my fiancé here for Christmas 2014. I gave them cash, they gave me a gift certificate for the massage. I rmember asking if it ever expired, and was told it did not. It did not say it did on the certificate. My fiancé set up an appointment or two there in 2015 but had to cancel each because of several surgeries she had aND because of a two month long infection that took a huge toll on her body. Because of all this going on, and because we also have a 3 year old, she could not find the time to schedule the message. She ended up losing the certificate. I called advant garde to get a new one, but the woman who answered the phone said I did not need to come get one and that they already had the record of me purchasing it. Eventually my fiancé called for another appointment, but was told her certificate expired. 1) I was told it never expired when I bought it. 2) I paid for a service from this buisness and they should not be able to keep that money if they do not give the service. This place is a complete rip off.
