This Great Clips is good for a quick inexpensive haircut if needed. The website offers online reservation but the system timing is somewhat broken. If you put your name on the list, it actually doesn't reserve anything. If your name is next on the list, and you are not in the store, you are skipped and the next person is helped. So if you make a reservation, then head directly to the location, someone walking into the shop without a reservation will be seen before you. A small thing but something that detracts from the experience. Good cuts for less that's what you should expect from this place.

Came in late and Rosie still helped me. She was very attentive and friendly, took the time she needed to make sure it was perfect, even if they were running past when they were trying to close (it's a holiday, but didn't realize it until after I came in). Kudos for those two ladies for going above and beyond!
