I joined the waitlist by selecting what I wanted on the website. I got a shampoo, cut and blow dry. It was super simple to use. There was a short wait. I don’t know the name of my stylist😭but she was amazing. I wanted to try something new and get curtain bangs. Crazy to do at a chain salon, I know, but she was so helpful and explained everything and walked me through what we could do. She did amazing, I look great and feel great. And she seemed really excited by how it turned out as well. Would absolutely recommend this location, I saw other cuts going on and the stylists here are really great. Welcoming, kind, efficient and very skilled!

Extremely nice and helpful hairdresser. My daughter loved the assymetrical haircut she made. The lady was reassuring, patient, and kind, and she is very skilled. I forgot her name (sorry, I'm really bad remembering names), this lady rocks in her profession!

I go here all the time! Only place I trust I have 2 favorite girls but they all do a great job. 👍

Often, when you make an appointment and show up on time, you end up waiting quite a while. The stylists are very nice, but they’re not great at cutting hair. On the plus side, the stylist Nenet is great at eyebrow waxing. Compared to other salons, the prices are fairly cheap. You get what you pay for.

A friend with a walker wanted a buzz cut. He made an appointment at the Penfield one, which is near his house. He sat down for 1 minute and was called ! Fast, friendly, service. It was wonderful and he liked the cut!
