Been going there for over 25 years. My kids wet there since they were babies, now adults. The people are very nice and many of them are talented stylists. If you find a stylist you like ask for their schedule, go in and ask for them by name. No appointments. Weekends are busy with many color jobs. Best time to go in is during the day during the week.

Friendly, efficient and consistent. They have a lot of long time customers which is always a good sign.

I have been going here for many years. Always a great hair cut, nice full and thick look. Even with a little thinning of mine on top. Makes me look a little bit younger. I feel good every time I leave there. Usually a wait but not too bad time wise.

I wish I could give this place zero stars for their lack of customer service and common sense. I am or as of today WAS a regular and great tipper there for a year but today changed that. I walked in at 11:50 and asked for a haircut. I'm a female but I like to get a male cut and have been getting that type of cut as long as I have been there. I just needed a quick trim and be on my way. The male receptionist told me 30 minutes at 11:50. I waited until 12:45 then I started getting impatient and asked if I'm next. The receptionist said yes. So I saw another customer leave and this person who works there (I'd rather call her something else) came up to the desk and I overheard the receptionist tell her I'm next. Well for some unknown reason she said she didn't have time for me even though I had a male cut. The receptionist agreed with me after I saw her take someone else and I said I thought I was next and he said I know I'm sorry. He even confirmed to me what I heard. I was disgusted. I left and went to another place where they were busy too but took me in right away and I was done in 20 minutes. AND I repeat I'm a great tipper so the person who cut my hair made out like a fat cat unlike this ignorant woman who works at fantastic Sam's. I won't be back.

Awful, got in right at 8:00 and had 2 people ahead of me. Then 1 was done and 3 of the workers went into that back to do who knows what. Gave up and left at 8:45. Piss poor customer service.
