I just started seeing Austen and each time continue more amazed by the transformation of my hair, he is a skilled talented stylist, unlike any other stylist I have gone to. I can't say enough about my color and style. I feel very pampered when I am there. I have never had to wait , if my appointment is for 2 pm, I am sitting in his chair at that time if not sooner. And if that wasn't enough, he gives the best shampoo. It's just a wonderful experience being there each time I go. I have and will continue to recommend this salon and specifically Austen . In my opinion he works magic.

I have been a client of Austen for over 15 years. I get compliments on my hair all the time yes even from some men. Not only do I recommend this salon I highly recommend you give it a try.

Love this place! Slick, metropolitan, yet relaxed, ambience. Austen is such a gentleman, whose talent is unsurpassed. He makes me feel like I am the only client in the shop, and that my needs are the most important of all. I have never left there unhappy, and have recommended Austen and the salon to many friends. All agree that Thomas Austen Salon is the best.
