I would not even give this review 1 star. I received a Haircut on Monday. The cut turned out nothing like I wanted. I showed a picture to the stylist and it is at least 2 inches shorter than wanted, and the "Layers" are choppy and uneven. I called to see if I could get it fixed and they can not do anything for me until Monday which is a week later. I have a horrible haircut and they want me to deal with it for a week? I would not recommend Ulta for any hair services. I will now be spending more $$ to get it fixed at a different salon.

Got my hair done tonight by Kayla. She not only did an AMAZING job on my cut & color, she was informative on the science of coloring and explained every process. She suggested products for my hair to make sure I was using the correct products for my hair type. She took the time and effort to get to know me & what works best for me. I left feeling confident and with an amazing new hair color and cut.

Just left from here. I love it! I came In not knowing exactly what I wanted I was blessed to have Kayla as my beautician. She did an absolutely amazing job. I don't get my hair cut but once every 2 or so years due to wanting to enjoy the long hair style and ability to do whatever cut I want when I do finally get it cut. I told her to have fun with little restrictions and I am more than pleased with the work she did with my hair. I recommend Kayla to anyone who is planning on going into the salon. Thank you Kayla for being so personable and excellent at what you do!

DO NOT GO HERE for salon services. I've been here 2x once for fashion colors and was made to leave before my hair was finished due to some rule about not being allowed to finish the job you started past their closing hrs or the stylists will get reprimanded. I walked out in tears because my hair was green and yellow and had to walk around like this for a few days. Should have learned my lesson the 1st time but being new to the area I figured would give them another shot. 2nd time walked out with my hair in the "before" photo in the collage. I wanted my bangs layered in my hair and layers throughout and as you can see that didn't happen no layers what so ever. Also wanted a bayalage/ombre (showed my stylist a photo) and it looked NOTHING like the photo and got this nasty brassy/orange brand around my scalp. I'm not a stylist but knew that was not good blending. I think ulta needs to focus on what they're good at, providing makeup, they're not willing to put the resources into hiring experienced stylists and it's apparent that quality is not of the utmost importance when a client is forced out of the salon vs. staying past closing to complete the job you started.

I wanted to post this on the Ulta website, but I couldn't find a link to do so. I have very sensitive skin as an adult, but I am also a woman and I enjoy wearing makeup. I have made several trips to Ulta to find a contour kit for life. Sadly, two different product lines that I have tried have made my face break out horribly with cystic acne. Ulta's return policy has made it possible for me to buy and exchange until I found the perfect one. The third time was a charm! I am going on one week with my lovely new contour kit and my face looks amazing. The girls that helped me pick it out were amazing :)
