A terrible experience with a very unprofessional salon. Hair colorist was very inexperienced, not able to cover up my regrowth. This resulted in having to do a second process which did not cover my roots. I explained to the receptionist that I was unhappy with my hair dye, and I felt like I was leaving with what I came in with. she told me she would not charge me for my hair color process. She tried to reschedule me with someone else. Which should've been the solution, and I pay in full for my next service to fix color by another artist. However, when she ran my card she printed out a receipt for the full charge of the cut and botched hair dye. I politely explained, and then the other receptionist said absolutely no refunds. I was so livid, and so out of character for me to get so upset. However they ran my card with out my authorization. Customers should always leave your salon feeling like the best version of themselves, and I left crying in tears. I would never go back here. $225 for 5 wasted hours, a raw scalp &a bad dye.
