F*** up my hair... I have naturally curly hair and told the lady that before she started the cut... I wanted my hair layered so you could see layers from all angles but the only time u see my layers is when my head is up side down... Funny but not funny... She cut my bang a inch from the top of my head... I looked like i let a 5 yr old cut my hair... NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN

Appointments and calling ahead mean nothing to these people. Several times I have waited at least 10 minutes when calling ahead and nothing is said about it. I'm never coming here again and would not recommend. Their prices are beyond inexpensive but you also get what you pay for.
