My mom, who is the owner of this business is a very caring, compassionate, friendly, and hard working person. There is no way possible that she would EVER treat a customer like this, or allow that type of behavior from her employees! Even if they are difficult clients. She treats ever single customer with kindness. All of her appointments are very private and personal making it easier for the clients in what ever they may be going through. Her prices are very comparable, making her shop one of the top selling Wig Shops in Rochester, NY. So with all this being said, I feel you may have the wrong wig shop...

RIP OFF!! My mother, who is too embarassed to post this review, found out that she paid $900 for a wig here that she could have bought on the East side (which has a reputation for being more expensive!) for $550!!! Also, she ordered it in one color and it came in a different color and she was told she had to take it and it couldn't be sent back. The woman insisted she take it. My mom was very upset to say the least but finding out that she was charged almost double motivated me to write this review. The place that charges $550 for the same wig said if she didn't like the color when it came in, because it's hard to order from a swatch, it could be returned, no problem. Extremely overpriced plus terrible customer service equals TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
