I have been coming to this Ulta for a while, and the customer service has always been standard which I appreciate. The reason I’m leaving this review is because recently I’ve been noticing two individuals with stellar, above average customer service…Maya and Cayley. On several occasions, I’ve come in and Maya has immediately greeted me, and helped me with finding everything I need. She always knows exactly what I’m looking for without me even saying it. I looooove seeing her face when I walk in the door. Cayley, did my brows (I’m very picky) and she did such an amazing job, I will only be going to her from now on. Good customer service is rare these days. Thank you both for being so welcoming and helpful when I shop.

I come here often, but I do so with others. If I come into this store alone I get watched like I stole something. I'm a man who wears luxury foundation and top shelf skincare products and don't appreciate it when I get watched. I worked retail before and I'm not stupid to what's going on when I walk into this store. Don't profile your customers it makes us feel like were not welcomed. I'm a lover of makeup. I order my products offline now, at least they don't judge me.

Nice staff. Very friendly. Knowledgeable. However pricing on the Ulta brand itself is higher than I was told it would be. Name brands that you would get at a drugstore are about the same price. However, I would caution you to check sale prices at your local pharmacy before visiting Ulta beauty to get your drug store fodder.

It is a bigger one definitely. They have the huge collection of perfumes and spray. You name it and they have it. All the range of good skin care collection they have it. The clearance is not worth at all. All broken pieces and pricey too. So better ignore the clearance. I liked that this place is clean and maintained. Lot of staff to help around.

I had a very weird experience at this Ulta. Went on a weekday and it was initially quite empty. I was looking for Carol’s Daughter products and told an associate as much. She said they may not have that brand and suggested another brand. The problem is that I’m a black woman with natural hair looking for appropriate hair products. The associate directed me to a brand that was clearly not for my type of hair. I passed on her suggestion, found the product that I was looking for, and went about my business. One of the associates seemed to be in almost every aisle I was shopping in. I picked up a Mario Badescu product next to a sign saying 25% of MB products and went to the register. When the item was rung up, it was, in fact, not discounted but the cashier cut off my suggestion to move the misleading product. Just weird, slightly hostile vibes from this place.
