This salon deserves 5 stars. The women here are all so friendly and sweet. I have been going there for some time now and Sarina is fantastic she always does a great job! I’ll show her a hairstyle that I am interested in doing and she will tell me if it will work on my hair or not and if not she tells me that she can modify it so it would look almost the same. Sarina also does my highlights they also come out great! My experience here is definitely a great one!!

If I could give this salon no starts I would , I have went to plenty of cactus salons and they have done a wonderful job , I hate to blast people but I had a lady Angie the day before Thanksgiving , I asked if they had the time for what I wanted which was a full solid light brown color , understanding I have red in my hair and I knew it wouldn't get done first session I wanted my face framed with highlights, my appointment was at 12:45 I didn't get into my chair until 1:15 , I didn't leave the salon till 5:30 at night dissatisfied with my hair cut and color I have a copper highlights when I wanted blonde , I asked the receptionist if it was possible for my hair to be able to come the color i wanted they assured me it would be no problem , I had 8 foils put it and they still charged me for 4 which was 32$ my total was 220$ reasonable if it was a qualified salon as they are supposed to be I highly do not recommend this salon in nesconset NY unprofessional , talking ,joking, eating their lunch as my timer went off twenty minutes ago I have never been so disgusted by a salon in my entire life !!!! I always loved cactus especially on portion road when it was still there I highly highly recommend to not go here ! No single process color and 8 foils should take 5 and a half hours absolutely disgusted , the young woman who washed my hair was delightful but it was the worst 245$ I have ever spent that I work my ass off for , good luck

Asia did amazing hair color and cut! Cassandra created beautiful up-do for the mother of the groom! Serena did wonderful hairstyles for the bridal party. I have a great experience every time I go there! Martha is an amazing owner. Thank you for the best service. Highly recommended for everyone!!! :)
