Phenomenal service! The Owner and Barber Roberto magnificently cuts my hair, leaving me delighted and smoother looking than ever. Every time I describe to him or show him a picture of how I'd like my hair cut, Roberto aces it every time. Plus, his exceptional small-talk skills makes the hair cutting fly by. Roberto has my utmost recommendation for anyone seeking a barber with both hair-cutting prowess and charisma.

I come in every 3 weeks, and always leave happy. Great Barber and quiet experience. My fiance also has her hair trimmed here and they never take "too" much off. I live close to PA and still make use of Arleys for my professional cut.

I called in the late morning and was told that he could cut my hair at 3:00 the same day. I arrived 15 minutes early, but was told by another customer (who was already waiting) that he was still waiting for his 2:00 appointment. When I asked the owner when he thought I'd be seen, he just nodded towards to the other person waiting and gruffly said that he was ahead of me. When I told him that I had an appointment with him at 3:00, he basically shrugged me off. I had taken time off of work and he left me hanging. I told him that I'd never go back.

The staff was very nice and accomodating,a but my hair was completely uneven when I left. I didn't notice because I got a blow out that I had to pay an additional $30.00 for, which one would have thought would be included in the cost of hi/low and cut ...
