I paid for a base color and blonde highlights. Two services. My roots came out red. The highlights were red instead of blonde. She over processed the already highlighted end hair which came out white and broke off. The roots in the back of my head was very dark brown and didn’t match the front. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I always walk out messed up! They were very rude and wouldn’t even refund my money! My hair is fried, white, burnt, badly damaged, and they will not fix the ugly red tones. Instead they offered me a full head of highlights for free but my hair cannot take anymore bleach. My hair is down to my waist and in very bad shape now. I have to cut it all off!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are very rude unprofessional inexperienced and basically told me “too bad”.
