Came to NYC for a wedding and needed my hair done, chose Drybar because it was close to my hotel. I asked for a french twist and got 2 wrong hairstyles until 3rd try. I had higher expectations for the Drybar brand. Had way better hair stylists in MI for half the price. 90$ (Before tip) for an updo to be re-done 3 times? No thanks. Would not recommend. Two stars for cute interior and friendly staff.

Totally obsessed with dry bar lower east side , and the manager Brandi she is literally the best , she understands perfectly what I want and make my hair looks ready for the runway , plus the best vibes ever ! Such an experience

The lady in the reception very friendly and respect but the stylist in turn very very anti-professional, inexperienced and disrespectful I canâ€™t believe how somebody like him is working and providing a service.. I hope many people read this review and donâ€™t go to your place ..

Meh. Parted hair pretty far to the side, didn't ask and my hair doesn't part that way, was already falling in my face on the short walk home. Had to try and re-part my hair in the middle before going out.
