Horrible experience today. Funny how I can have TWO horrible experiences at the same place within a week. Anyone manage this place?
I had an appointment set up for this past Friday July 2nd for my daughter to get her hair done. The appointment was confirmed. I arrived on time, if not early. SURPRISE! Place was closed! They confirmed an appointment with me, decided to close early, and no phone call, text, or email to let me know. So I drive there and arrive to a set of closed and locked doors. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Are you trying to argue the fact that an emergency must of come up, things happen, etc? Think again….
A REVIEW (KEEP SCROLLING, YOU’LL SEE IT) FROM TWO MONTHS AGO, SAME THING HAPPENED TO SOMEONE ELSE, WITH THE SAME PERSON/“STYLIST”! THIS IS HOW THEY RUN A BUSINESS THAT DEPENDS ON REGULARS?! SERIOUSLY?!
I reschedule THAT appointment to today. Second chances count right? THINK AGAIN.
Arrived today and was surprised to see that “stylist” was in today and that they decided to stay open for appointments! Awesome.
The setting was pleasant. The “stylist” Victoria, not so much. Not a friendly gesture. Very rude and apathetic. Kept pulling on my daughters hair way too hard. My daughter was uncomfortable and was ready to just walk out. This isn’t her first time getting her hair done, we all know what to expect when we go in for work done on our heads. But boy, this individual sure knows how to make someone uncomfortable in her chair.
This “stylist” finally finished. The work looked half done. We were ready to just leave. Why should it end there.
The amount of rudeness, disrespect, and attitude that I received at check out was enough to make anyone VERY uncomfortable. When offered a courtesy of a small tip, Victoria was quick to, in a very rude and condescending tone simply said “No thanks.” I thought I misheard her, so I offered my token of gratitude once again. Just to be followed by an more than exasperated tone “I said no thanks.”
I only took the time to write this long negative review so the owner of this place realizes how their clientele, and potential new regulars, are treated. TREAT EVERYONE WHO WALKS IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT WITH KINDNESS AND AIM TO GIVE EVERYONE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, not just those who can afford to easily shell out hundreds of dollars.
