My mother had her hair cut here. When they were washing her hair, the back half of her head wasn't even in the sink. So half was wet and the bottom was not. A guy cut her hair. He asked what she wanted. We told him just a trim and no layers. He proceeded to cut layers, took about two inches off, which is more than a trim and it was horribly uneven. One side has half of her ear showing and the other side has her ear fully covered. When she asked why some pieces were so much longer than others, he said, "what?" Literally the WORST hair cut I have EVER seen in my entire life. A one-handed blind person could probably have done a better job. Save yourself the money and just do it yourself with cuticle scissors if you can't go ANYWHERE else.

I been going here for years Jen always does my hair she does a awesome job she's very nice and the other ladies are too I never have a problem the 7 years I been going here always satisfied with my cut:)
