I had a wedding this last weekend. I scheduled from 9-2pm the day of my wedding, expecting 5 women would be going to the salon. The women in charge kept calling and harrassing me asking when the other women were going to show up. I had already sent my 2 bridesmaids down to the salon, which should have been fine. She incessantly called me on my wedding day, mind you it was only 9:45 and I had reservation until 2pm, and told her multiple times I'd call her before anyone else left for the salon to make sure she's available. She told me prior to my wedding party going there that if there hair was to be curled it would cost $30, just braids are $25, and an updo was $55. The two bridesmaids that went to get there hair done hot curls and braids. The women was yelling at my one bridesmaid the whole time about how the other girls were not there yet, then charged them all for an updo. The hair when my girls got back to my hotel before we proceeded to the wedding that day at 3pm, all the hair that my party requested ended up looking nothing like the picture shown and ended up looking like the ladies only 1/2 tried. Overall: Charged more for less. Terrible service, yelling at customers. Harrassing bride. Didn't understand what a reservation from 9-2 meant. Hair done by this salon was not wedding Worthy.

We love Keuka Cut and Curl! The women did a fantastic job making us look and feel beautiful. They opened up early so they could give the bridal party updos on the morning of my daughters wedding. Thank you for a great job!
