I am a licensed hairdresser turned teacher who formerly worked at DND years ago. I’ve recently started to get my haircut here every 6 weeks or so. There are a number of long time stylists still from my day (and therefore a lot of experienced hairdressers). Certainly it is not a spa experience, nor does it pretend to be. It is a clean, well run business with talented staff who provide quality styling at very reasonable prices. In fact, it has been almost 20 years since I worked there and the haircut prices have gone up just 10%. Excellent return for your $. In my opinion, it is worth the time to select a stylist and build a relationship (walking in to a new one each time is probably a big part of why some people don’t end up with what they are looking for).
