This was my first time at Mb Studio and the interior of the salon itself is very bright and has a super cute and inviting atmosphere. Really laid back and friendly, also I didn't feel pressured to buy any products on my way out which is always appreciated. Got my hair cut and highlighted by Brianna, she did an AMAZING job, definitely just found my new hairstylist for life! I've never had a haircut be exactly what I wanted but she nailed it on my very first visit and I couldn't be happier with my new look. Definitely go see her, I'm sure you'll be just as happy with the results as I am!!

Got my hair cut by Kiersten; I have medium thickness, coarse hair with a few different curl patterns. Got my hair cut from lower-back length to just past my shoulders. Looked great the first day with product and a styling. The second day? I looked like a housewife from a 1950s advertisement. BAD. Not only did she cut my hair straight across, (A no-no for curls unless thinned) the layers I asked for essentially disappeared into a bob-blob. My hair was sticking out at weird angles. Do NOT go here if you have tricky hair - I called the next day to ask to see Kiersten because I was extremely upset - taking a mere 30 minutes of her time (on a day they closed at 4pm, no less!) - and was told I’d have to deal with it for a whole week. Had my partner call again because I was busy crying and couldn’t deal; and got a “Here’s your refund, deal with it on your own” As someone who’s worked in customer service for years, I am APPALLED. Take responsibility for your bad job and FIX THINGS, or let people know up-front that you only work on “easy” hair. You don’t leave someone hanging with something as personal as hair - ever. Neither I nor my significant other will I be going here again due to this treatment. Beware.

Melissa is an amazing stylist. I never leave there feeling anything less than "dapper" as she says! The studio is always very clean and neat. All of the employees, from the receptionist Terri to the other hair stylists are very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

All around positive things to say. LoriAnn is the best and took great care of me! She did a great braid in my hair for a wedding, which is what brought me into MB for my haircut.
