Lovely new location- open and spacious. The owner is now creating her own brand of products. They now have an esthetician and a infrared sauna. I get my hair cut by Alexa for almost two years now and she never fails to amaze!

They have an amazing new space on University! Everyone is always so nice, and Jacky cuts my curly hair like a champ. Highly recommend.

Had my haircut there a while ago and it was a terrible experience. Asked for a simple trim. I have very thick, curly hair and the woman did not even try to detangle my hair before cutting. I'm not sure how you can do that when cutting hair because the length is different before and after detangling. That should have been the sign for me to leave. Then she spent about 10 minutes randomly trimming a few ends and that was it. Charged me $50... ridiculous

The stylists may be excellent, I can't say. I can say that the male receptionist was extremely rude and I will definitely not be taking my business there next time I'm in town.

I have been going to Liz Macey for years for my hair. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable. Her ability to determine color correction and cuts for past hair stylist mistakes is also excellent. She will take her time to make sure the client is 100% satisfied.
