Hi all. I struggle even to give this place 1 star. Is there an option for negative stars? Anyway, that's not the point. :) Today, I decided to go get a haircut here, at Super Cuts. I told the lady with blond hair and tattoos (one of the barbers) that I wanted a hairstyle a certain way, but she did something completely different and ended up ruining my hair. It was really horrible. I told her to only shave the bottom half of it off and she ended up literally shaving my ENTIRE head. When I told her I wanted it a different way, she started arguing with me that I told her to shave all of it off. Like what? Does that even make sense? At the end, she had the nerve to ask my mom for a 20% tip when we already gave her 15%, which is already pretty good. My advice is to never go there unless you want them to mess up your hair and deal with people who don't admit to their own mistakes. Thanks for reading. Bye.

Hi everyone. I actually just went for a haircut today at Super Cuts. At first, when I walked in, the people there seemed nice. Then, I saw a little boy crying as he left the store, saying something about how he hated his hairstyle. I should have exited the place right when I saw that, but I didn't. So basically, I decided to get a haircut and told the lady to cut it a certain way. She completely messed it up. It was horrible. I felt like crying. At the end, they kept demanding more tips like @Julian Davis said and kept arguing that I told them to cut all of it off. I left the store and felt super bad about it, as I was actually planning for a proposal event the next day. Please don't go there. :/

Starting to get expensive for a simple haircut

Not a place to go for a quick hair cut. I walked in with no one in waiting and 2 chairs open. I still had to wait till the one person getting their hair cut to finish. The other two were talking, walking around, not doing much at all. When it was my turn the two,girls that were talking and doing not much of anything were upset because it was so slow. My hair cut was a good one to make up for it.
