Amanda is great. I've had my hair cut almost everywhere in Syracuse over the years... but I finally found a place here to stay. They are quick, reasonably priced, and professional in their service and facility.

Amanda always works wonders on my hair. I have short, thick and stubborn hair and Amanda always gives me the BEST cut and color!

First of all, if I can give them more than 5 starts I would. I had two services: Brazilian waxing w/ Casey +hair style w/ Jillain The salon is clean, great atmosphere, pretty set in general, and decoration is nice, also, not long waiting, very reasonable pricing range. Customer service, is professional, understanding, and appointment is flexible. Brazilian waxing with Casey, nice person and friendly. Its done with hard wax under clean room. She is fast, almost painless, and professional. I had a lot of Brazilian waxing she is one of the greatest experience I have ever had. Jillain with shampoo and hair style, she is a genius, nice person and smart. She understands you right away. She listen carefully to what you want and need, and then blow your mind with her works. Expect to see great results from her magic hands. I must mention, I had an event that I forgot to schedule an appointment for my hair to be done, so I called them in the same day asking for hair style, they were extremely understating and they were able to fit me in, in the same day, which was in turn an amazing results. Also, I asked them for very early morning appointment for my next event, even thought they do not open that early, they really care about their customers, so they scheduled me the time I needed. J Luxe Salon is my spot in Syracuse. I highly recommend this place, for great results and professionals environment, were you feel very welcomed. I will updated this post for my next visit.
