I posted this review on Yelp earlier. I just want the business owner to see it and address the complaints and issues that clients are having and posting about.
So, after researching the reviews for this salon, I decided to give it a chance. A lot of reviews were negative and described the salon as unprofessional. Well, I didn't want to agree with the reviews, but I am sorry to say that I have to agree with those negative reviews. I am supposed to have an appointment right now, but when I arrived to the office building that it is supposed to be in, the person at the front desk said that this salon is no longer there. I was confused and checked to see if I missed whether the address changed. Nope. The address is the same as the place I arrived to on the website, google, google maps, etc. Weird. I tried to call the number on the website, which is the number that I used to call and book the appointment before. The phone number is unreachable or out of service for some reason. So, I'm pretty upset because I really need to take down my weave and need a haircut. I also feel bad for the business owner, because she just lost a client, and this is how she is going to lose many clients if she doesn't improve the very things that people complain about in their reviews. She knew I had an appointment, why didn't she try to contact me if something was wrong?
