Made an appointment and was told the woman who was supposed to do my hair would arrive at 3 pm. I arrived at 2:50 pm and waited an hour just to be told that she canceled on me because she had a baby to take care of. I’m not angry just annoyed that I wasted my time coming here but at least I didn’t waste my money. I know to never come here again. You live and you learn. Not professional at all.

Spent over 200 for my hair to get done for the Braids for it to last two days. I had hair stickying out the braids which made it look frizzy. My whole head only lasted a week after two weeks it looked like it had it in for months. Wasn’t able to get it done or retouched or my money back because she said she was sick

I made my hair appointment on Tuesday,November 1,2022 for Saturday,November 5,2022 for 9am. I got there at 8:45am. The person that was suppose to do my hair wasn’t there. I left the salon at 9:30 am and called the owner which didn’t care. This salon is very unprofessional and I shouldn’t be waiting an hour for the stylist to arrive.this is the second time the stylist has done this. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I was a new customer and bought my two daughters in spent $500! The lady who did my hair was so tired that she looked like she jumped out of bed and straight to work. The owners attitude made you feel unwelcome. No smiles no friendly vibes, just screw faces the whole time. They acted like they did not want to be there. The style was good but the attitude made me not want to return. They quoted me a price over the phone but when I got there they changed the price to $60 higher.

Knotless braids are 💣 Just left Dominick . She personally did my hair with a appointment we set up weeks ago. Decent price for knotless braids to my butt. Dominick , her daughter's and other customers were friendly . We watched lifetime movies and was all involved in the mother's day movie marathon. We laughed , jumped , and all tried to figure out who the killer was lol (supa cute vibe). Eight hours I didn't mind to be apart of while getting amazing braids. She took other people in between but was moving back in forth and very detailed on each customers wants and needs. They are a very sweet group of ladies made me feel like I was hanging with my aunty and cousins. I will be going here on a regular basis. Thank you queens 👑💁🏽‍♀️✨
