I've been using Capelli Salon for years now, and I couldn't be happier! I had gone to countless other places and had some seriously horrible haircuts until I found Laura and Capelli, who gave me a whole new look that I can be proud of. The girls in the salon are always friendly and their new place on Main Street is amazing! You can't go wrong here!!!

I went in for color with a picture of what I wanted and it wasn’t even close. I called and the owner was more than happy to fix it. Went back in (an hour from my house) and she insisted on layering it to give it more dimension and then charged me $55 for the cut. I was in complete shock that after the inconvenience of having to spend another day and my travel expenses back and forth that she charged me at all for the haircut. She was just looking to make the money back on the product it took her to “fix” the color. I will write a bad review everywhere that will listen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

Amazing stylists, amazing environment. I would rate them 10 stars if possible. My daughter and I will never go anywhere else. Seriously the best cuts and styles that we have ever had!

I tried this salon and unfortunately I have to report that I had a horrible experience. Long story short - I did not receive the services I requested. I asked for highlights however I received a balayage that completely ruined my hair. I am now working with a color correction specialist (and have spent approx. $600) trying to fix the damage that has been done. I spoke to the owner to see if she could compensate me, but sadly she refused. I was told that if I came in sooner she would have tried to correct the issue for me free of charge. I explained that I didn't feel comfortable and already went to a specialist. I asked for a refund for the initial appointment or for one of the color correction appointments. When she said no to both I then asked for a complimentary blow out. I thought that we could start from scratch, but once again she refused showing me just how much she did not care if she kept me as a client or not.
