The first appointment I ever had here was on a Saturday with Sue. Well, I arrived early and received no greeting and there was nobody at the front desk. I took a seat and patiently waited for 10:00 (I was early). Well, it wasn't until probably closer to 10:30 that I actually started getting service. Sue was just about the only one there (there was one other person who was with somebody else & I guess she left after finishing with that client) and had pretty much triple-booked herself. I can't complain about my actual haircut & color because she did a good job... I was just a little iffy about the service but I thought maybe that was just a Saturday thing.
SO... I booked my next cut & color on a Friday afternoon, hoping there would be more stylists and thus, better service (I had faith). I had called the week before to make the appointment & the girl on the phone said I was good for Friday, November 21 at 4:00pm. I arrive at 4:00 on Friday, November 21 and, despite the number of ladies working, again received no form of greeting. The girl at the desk was on the phone so I thought I'd just take a seat & she would ask me who I was there for when she was finished. No. She went right back to her client after getting off the phone. I sat there for about five minutes & noticed a stylist who seemed to be waiting at her chair for a client. I asked her if she was, by any chance, Britney. She looked a little confused & told me that Britney wasn't in that day. She went to the appointment book to find my name & saw that it WAS written in for Friday at 4:00 but had been erased. I received absolutey NO phone call from anybody asking if it was OK that I reschedule my appointment for another time. She looked to see if I could be rescheduled any other time but nothing would work for the coming week. It was a complete waste of my time. I just left & will NEVER go back there.
I know this is just my experience which probably wouldn't mean much to anyone else, just at least consider it a warning.
